Our Project Directors are core to the rigor and excellence of our program. Project Directors lead teams of talented and motivated graduate students in designing and completing CPRL’s research and consulting projects. Project Directors understand the complex problems educators, policymakers, and other CPRL clients face; and they collaborate with CPRL teams and clients to imagine and realize big ideas for addressing those problems.
Our Evolutionary Learning Associate, which we refer to as Fellows, represents our dedication to building and sustaining a pipeline of leaders and managers committed to improvement in education. In their 2-year commitment to CPRL, Fellows work under Project Directors to help lead teams of graduate students in designing and completing CPRL’s research and consulting projects, including by effectively engaging clients and ensuring the quality of project deliverables.
The Operations Team provides a wide range of programmatic support to CPRL staff, graduate students, and clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our distinctive program. Members of our Operations Team help recruit graduate students, manage administrative project needs, and secure resources that allow Project Directors and Fellows to effectively collaborate with graduate students and clients.
