Sarah Marder-Eppstein

Sarah Marder-Eppstein is an Independent Consultant at CPRL with more than 15 years of experience in adult learning, teacher development, and program strategy. She works with research teams, school systems, and nonprofits to translate research and promising ideas into programs that change what happens in classrooms.

Before founding her consulting practice, Sarah served as Vice President of Teacher Professional Education at Relay Graduate School of Education, where she led national teacher development programs reaching more than 20,000 educators across 26 states. She began her career as a teacher at Achievement First.

Sarah is also an Adjunct Instructor at Northeastern University’s Roux Institute. She holds an Ed.D. from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis.
