Jamie Litt
Jamie Litt is a Project Director at CPRL where she leads projects involving strategy and research with national K-12 philanthropies and local education agencies, with a focus on family engagement and teacher recruitment and retention. She recently authored Family Engagement in Action, a roadmap for building school-family partnerships that boost student outcomes. Jamie is a researcher by training and has worked with non-profit organizations, government agencies, and foundations on understanding the effectiveness of education programs and policies. She most recently worked at New York City Public Schools, where she managed a team providing research and evaluation support to programs including college access, career and technical education, and teacher development. Jamie has an M.A. in education policy and management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She has completed coursework toward a Ph.D. in politics and education at Teachers College, Columbia University.
